Our engineers visited a site in Brackley to upgrade an old Panasonic TDA30 to a brand new Panasonic NS700. The customer now has a system which is capable of SIP lines, mobile apps, IP handsets and many more features. The customer also had 11 DT543 telephones and 2 DT521 telephones. The DT543 telephones are extremely flexible with 24 programmable keys which enables you to utilise all facilities of the phone system at a touch of a button.

The customer has ISDN lines and due to the ISDN cut off in 2025 the customer is now ready for the change over to SIP lines as this system is more than capable to having these style lines on it.

If you dont know already, BT have announced they will be cutting off all ISDN lines in 2025 so everyone with ISDN lines will need to change to either a hosted telephony solution or a phone system using SIP lines.
