We have had an excellent experience working with Barton Telecom from start to finish. As a busy hospitality business, reliable internet and communications are absolutely critical to our operation, and the team took the time to understand exactly what we needed before recommending a solution. The installation was handled professionally, communication was clear throughout, and everything was delivered on time with minimal disruption to the business. The combination of full fibre, 5G backup and the hosted phone system gives us real peace of mind, knowing that we can continue serving customers even if there are connectivity issues. From the first meeting with Matthew, we felt Barton would be a good fit for our business. He was knowledgeable and upfront, didn't try to push or sell us solutions that we didn't need. Our install was in Jan/Feb 2026 for Broadband and a new phone system, and although still early days, we can say that everything has been as expected so far. We are a very small organisation, and after years of being sold expensive and overcomplicated telephone systems that far exceeded our needs by BT sales people, we decided to look for local alternatives. Barton was the only company that responded immediately to my enquiry (some others didn't even bother replying) and Matthew promptly provided a simple and much more affordable solution that was perfectly suited to our needs. He also personally surveyed the site and was very helpful in guiding us through the transition. Any enquiries we have made since the installation of our new system have been dealt with straight away.
