Honestly cannot explain how happy i am to have found Jonny and Barton telecoms. After months of horrific service from multiple providers and 3 months of no phone line, Jonny was the first person to give complete honest and transparent service and actually solve all the issues we had, he managed everything from start to finish and was in contact through out, we got everything set up and running as well as sorted all the issues with old providers for us. Absolute saint, impecible service and incredibly helpful. everything was sorted and all for a competitve price. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

Having provided telecom services for my company for 5+ years, the level of service we've received has been excellent. Any issues and they're at the property in a matter of minutes, highly recommended.

We were recommended Barton Telecom by our IT MSP for a server cabinet refresh over a weekend. Their quote was competitive and their approach was methodical and attentive. As a local business employing 28 we have enjoyed Barton Telecom's services for over 4 years. They have saved us money on our call charges using SIP lines, they manage our physical phone system offering a robust SLA and they have extended and maintained our LAN (CAT5) network. They are there at the end of the phone when needed and have proved to be completely dependable, also been fantastic through Covid helping with remote working. Nice they are a family business too.
