ISDN Switch Off

2020 marks the beginning of the end for ISDN and PSTN Multi-lines as you can no longer order any new ISDN services. By 2025 all digital and analogue multi-lines will be switched off and everyone will need to be migrated over to an internet/VoIP product.

We have started to move our customer across to VoIP, not just because it is required sooner rather than later, but also because of the potential cost savings and also the incredible features that come with the upgraded products.
