Our apprentice Benjamin has been with us almost 2 years to the day and has made improvements weekly. Benjamin has been working primarily on our VoIP/Hosted platform, but also gaining a knowledge on SIP trunks, traditional telephone systems, business mobiles and fault finding.

Today we left Benjamin to install a Panasonic NS700 telephone system for a customer in Earls Barton, Northamptonshire. He fitted and installed the Panasonic NS700 telephone system with 3 Panasonic DT521 telephones and a basic voicemail set up. Also, using traditional telephone cabling.

As with all jobs, there is a chance of an unexpected issue arising. However, Benjamin had a couple today and used his initiative well to overcome these obstacles.
