About Warmies

Warmies was founded on a very simple premise, that everyone might experience comfort in their everyday life. Inspiring wellbeing is at the heart of what they do. Requirements

Warmies had old analogue lines on their now obsolete Panasonic NS700 telephone system. With the ISDN/PSTN cut off in 2025 coming round fast, they needed to move over to a VoIP telephone system. As VoIP works through the internet, they also need a faster internet connection to work on their design work, e-commerce and soon to be VoIP phones.

Solution

After understanding Warmies requirements, we invited them to our demonstration suite, where we were able to show them the different VoIP solutions we offer. Discussing the finer details and features they desire. We chose a product that we thought would fit their requirements best. showcased all the available features such as auto attendants and voicemail to email. Also, different ranges of desk phones and softphones which provide a full unified communications experience. We also installed a full fibre broadband service to allow them to work more productively while future proofing them against the ISDN/PSTN cut off.

Impact & Advantages

Warmies are now able to work with super-fast broadband, optimising productivity while using a reliable full fibre broadband connection. The customer has now been able to distribute PC softphones to users who require home working. While also having a system in place which is easy to manage for any changes. Another advantage of Warmies upgrading to a VoIP phone system is that they will no longer be affected by the ISDN/PSTN switch off in 2025.

We ensured that the transition from the Panasonic NS700 telephone system to the VoIP solution was seamless. With the correct planning we were able to make sure the customer had minimal down time.
