Enava Energy were a newly incorporated business and due to increased workloads they required a more robust and sophisticated phone system. One that would allow them to make and receive calls both in the office and out of the road.

After understanding Enava Energy’s initial requirements, we were able to propose a VoIP phone system to them which will work exactly how they need it to.
The HV Select VoIP phone system enables all users to have their own PC softphone and mobile softphone using the powerful and flexible Cisco Webex platform. They are also able to have physical handsets for the users than require them. Voicemail to email also comes as standard.
Impact & Advantages
Enava Energy can now take calls much more efficiently than previously. They are now able to easily work remotely via the Webex mobile app and access voicemails across multiple devices.
As they are on a VoIP phone system, it will be very easy for them to add additional users as the business continues to grow.
